III. THÔNG TIN VỀ NHÀ ĐẤT:
- How much is the rent?: Gía thuê là bao nhiêu?
- What is the asking price?: Giá đưa ra là bao nhiều?

- Are they willing to negotiate? Họ có sẵn sàng thương lượng không?
- Are pets allowed?: Có được phép có vật nuôi không?
- When would you be available to view the property? Khi nào anh/chị có thể rảnh để đi xem nhà.
